Description: Cypher is just that, his shapeshifting magic has become so integral to his being that he barely remembers what his real face looks like. He grew up within the protection of the Stillwater Community until it was decimated and he was forced to flee with his immediate family. He didn’t get far, lack of funds and an unwillingness to expose himself by reaching out to fellow survivors meant that he had to chance the unsavory money lenders with a taste for kneecaps. He has managed to establish himself as a social infiltrator and a longer term con man in the Redmond and Bellevue shadows frequently taking on hooding type operations when his limited budget allows…he’s got a family to feed after all!
